The deal for Bauer to buy Communicorp has been approved. The deal which is expected to go through on the 31st will bring Bauer to Ireland for the first time giving them control of stations like Today FM and Newstalk.
Profits at Joe Duffy’s production company hit €483,000 according to newly filed accounts. Claddaghgreen Ltd is owned by joe who is contracted through the company by RTÉ for hosting liveline and other projects.
